Order by Tasks
Go to the Dashboard, sign in and click on any of the task-related links under the Product section of the sidebar.
By clicking on the header of the task list and choosing the "Conversations" sorting option, you can see the tasks ordered by the number of connected conversations. This way, you easily prioritize the most burning tasks, or identify the most common requests among your customers.
In general, the connected conversations are surfaced in many parts of this section of the Dashboard:
- The task lists or boards, where you see the total of connected conversations. Clicking on this number will give you a pop up with the list of conversations.
- The actual task details page, which contains the list of conversations again.
- In both cases, if you click on the conversation, you will be taken to the conversation details page. From there, you can either ask the user for more information or circle back with them once the task is completed.
